• Legal duties under health and safety law cannot be delegated.

What you must do:

• Define responsibilities and duties
• Have a system for managing health and safety
• Assess and manage risks
• Regularly review the process and procedures for managing risk

What we will do:

Keep a look out for strangers

Keeping equipment with us at all times and making sure we don't leave anything between transactions and that the kit does not get lost stolen or damaged.

Making sure the area is safe to film and that we have permission to do so and if not get the permission to do so.
